Located on Dallas’ resurgent Main Street Corridor, two doors down from the flagship Neiman Marcus store, sits a revitalized 1920’s Neo-Gothic building re-imagined as a luxury boutique hotel. Comprised of both adaptive reuse and new construction, The Joule hotel contains 129 hotel rooms, a Charlie Palmer restaurant, cellar lounge, ballrooms, meeting spaces and a spa. The unique pool cantilevers eight feet away from the building and seven stories above Main Street traffic. BOKA Powell provided programming reviews, design analysis and construction management services, working with Architexas and Adam D. Tihany Design.
