The University House at Highland is a 170,000 square feet student housing complex comprised of six apartment style buildings. Each building provides a combination of one, two and three bedroom units. The modern design provides an attractive alternative to the more traditional housing currently provided to students. Amenities include a club house with ļ¬tness, study, lounge, kitchen and recreation areas, as well as, a swimming pool plaza, volleyball and open courtyards. BOKA Powell provided all architectural services, including schematic design through construction administration for this design build project.
