BOKA Powell designed this exciting concept for a new W Hotel and mixed use block. This 400 room concept is part of a Block Redevelopment includes retail, apartment and condominium components. The masterplan resolves the challenges of incorporating the Hollywood and Vine MTA subway entrance into the design, as well as addressing contextural neighborhood issues.
