Design Collaboration

BOKA Powell provides Architect of Record services for a variety of delivery approaches and building types. We also bring extensive experience delivering projects in a traditional construction format, including hard and negotiated bids, as well as working successfully within a Design/Build contract. Over the course 40 years of architectural practice, we have assembled an ever-expanding knowledge base grounded in design innovation, excellence in project delivery, and advances in construction technology and proven building systems.

Our ability to closely align our services with Design Architects allows for quality documentation as well as the benefit of our local knowledge of the construction and consulting community. Our team brings experience in executing designs for internationally recognized designers.
