Coppell-based workspace systems company Vari has completed the structure of its new headquarters complex.
The 180,000-square-foot office building is under construction at 450 North Freeport Parkway, north of DFW International Airport.
Vari – which started out as an office furniture firm but has expanded into office real estate – plans to move its headquarters into 60,000 square feet in the new campus when it opens this summer.
Adolfson & Peterson Construction is building the new office, which was designed by architects BOKA Powell and Corgan.
“With over four million users of our products worldwide, Vari has worked with tens of thousands of companies to create workspaces that attract and retain the people they need to grow their businesses,” CEO Jason McCann said in a statement. “We love the location in the heart of D-FW with access to amazing schools and a vibrant community.
“We look forward to sharing VariSpace Coppell with other fast-growing companies who are seeking flexibility and first-class amenities.”
The new Coppell building is Vari’s third new office project in North Texas. The company redeveloped the former Zale Corp. headquarters on State Highway 144 in Las Colinas.
And Vari acquired and repurposed an office building in the Solana development in Southlake into a multitenant campus.
The 10-acre VariSpace Coppell project includes a building with large exterior balconies, an open lobby and staircases and a fitness facility.
