10 Waterway is to be a 500,000 gross square-foot Class “A” Office Tower with an attached 1,500± car Parking Garage. The project site is a two (2) acre site facing onto the Waterway. It is located across from The Woodlands Town Center’s Waterway Square and will be connected by a planned pedestrian bridge that will connect the new office building as well as drop-down to grade to a landscaped mew which will extend south 400’ from Waterway Square to Timberloch Place on the east boundary of the site.
