To expand public accessibility to Dallas’ burgeoning Victory development and the American Airlines Center, Hillwood Development engaged BOKA Powell to design a parking structure that fits Victory’s high-end architectural character and facilitates pedestrian access to and from the adjacent DART light rail station. Built atop the existing arena service drive, the seven-level garage expands the area’s vehicle capacity by adding 1,257 parking spaces. Super-graphics integrated into the building skin provide space for team spirit and advertisements. Vendor boxes at the base provide pop-up retail along an enhanced, landscaped pedestrian mall connecting the DART rail line to the American Airlines Center.
