The Bank of Dallas, now called 3333 Lee Parkway, is a 12-story Class A office tower designed for Gerald Hines in the 1980s. The tower incorporates 665 parking spaces on six and a half levels of below grade parking. The parking structure is mechanically ventilated and has perimeter and sub-slab drainage with sump pit tied to emergency power.
