The location of this parcel is vital to the cities development, as it is the termination point and the gateway into downtown Charlotte. Parcel Two (adjacent to Parcel One) consists of two phased Office Towers that total one million square feet. This parcel is adjacent to the newly planned NASCAR Museum and office tower.
