BOKA Powell was engaged by Civitas Capital Group to design a new hotel complex that will offer three Intercontinental Hotel Group options: Staybridge Suites, Even Hotel, and Avid Hotel. The project is located at KDC’s new 50-acre Avion Business Park at the north end of DFW Airport. The complex will offer 320 rooms and feature two outdoor amenity spaces that will include a pool deck, lounge seating, a fire pit, and interactive games. Construction will begin in early 2020 and is scheduled to finish in the fourth quarter of 2021.
