Located within the Grand Central Park mixed-use development in Conroe, Texas, a suburb north of Houston, BOKA Powell has designed a 250-key Hyatt Regency hotel connected to a 43,000 square foot conference center for developer Garfield Public Private. The project includes a 500-space parking structure located adjacent to the hotel and conference center. A performing arts center is also planned as part of the urban center for the master-planned development.
