BOKA Powell was selected to design a four-story, 120,000 square foot tilt-frame office building in Flower Mound, Texas. The design includes finished lobby and core spaces, and an adjacent 450 space parking garage. The project is part of a new initiative by the town of Flower Mound, Texas to attract Class A Office Developments and high-quality corporate users.
