The multi-phased MacArthur Ridge project is located on a sloping site on Hidden Ridge in Las Colinas. Phase I consisted of a six-story 210,000 square foot office building and a five-story 375,000 square foot parking structure. Phase II, a 210,000 square foot office building, was complete in November of 1998.
A large paved and landscaped parking plaza has been created in front of the L-shaped precast and glass buildings. A design-build approach was used to construct both Phases of the project.
