The Wishing Place/Las Colinas, Texas
The Wishing Place is located in Las Colinas thanks to a generous donation of land from the Las Colinas Land Limited Partnership, represented by Cousins Properties. The prime one-acre building site is located near the corner of Royal Lane and Riverside Drive in the emerging La Villita area of Las Colinas. BOKA Powell, pro bono architect for this project, designed a 13,500 square foot building with space for future expansion. The building combines residential architectural features with an element of fantasy.
