As part of an extensive façade improvement project to address water infiltration within the existing building skin, BOKA Powell and a team of consultants were engaged to give the Phoenix Midtown Apartments on Mockingbird Lane a unique style. Working with mural artists EyeCon, seven large murals were painted on the buildings to fit the “Art Deco” theme of this large residential community near Southern Methodist University. The project also included a complete new landscape design along Mockingbird Lane to reflect the whimsy of the project’s new identity.
