BOKA Powell was invited to develop and present schemes for the design of a new corporate headquarters for The Richards Group, a world-renowned Dallas-based advertising firm. Important to the concepts was an open atrium with a central staircase to facilitate large gatherings, referred to as “stairwells,” where employees meet informally for company announcements. The site studied for the competition is located at Central Expressway and Park Lane, near the company’s existing headquarters.
