Dallas, Texas/1,400 Beds/2,000 Parking Spaces
BOKA Powell completed conceptual design character studies as part of a Request for Qualifications for Southern Methodist University for a new student housing and parking garage facility. This landmark project will consist of 1,400 beds and 2,000 parking spaces to be completed all at once. The building designs reflect the traditional Collegiate Georgian architectural style of the campus while optimizing the residential units to appeal to today’s student body. BOKA Powell utilized sophisticated 3-D modeling systems to quickly create and illustrate a plan that embodies ground breaking efficiency and value combined with inspirational aesthetics.
