This five-level, 2,800 car parking structure supports the 750,000 SF Galleria North Office Towers, home of Tenet Health Systems’ corporate offices.The design is a three-bay-wide, high-efficiency, double-helix design utilizing a center bay ramp. The parking structure’s frame and exterior spandrels are architectural precast concrete. Controlled auto ingress is managed through multiple, gated entry locations. Each tower is served by a dedicated elevator bank to facilitate easy access to the office buildings at the ground level and second level concourse. Landscaped courtyards occupy the space between the parking structure and the offices buildings and are actively used by tenants and visitors alike.
