BOKA Powell joined student housing developer Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions in a public-private partnership with the Texas A&M University System to master plan an ambitious 4,000-bed student housing complex, including apartments, traditional residence halls, structured parking, and a commons building on roughly 36 acres on its flagship campus in College Station. BOKA Powell then completed the 1,272-bed White Creek Apartments project, which opened in fall 2015. The project includes 414 two and four-bedroom units and a pavilion located in the center of the complex.
