3400 at CityLine is a new LEED Gold-certified commercial office building along US 75 Central Expressway at Renner Road in Richardson, Texas. The project is an example of BOKA Powell’s “tilt-frame” concept, where cost-effective tilt-wall panels are clad in spandrel glass to provide a high-end, curtainwall-like appearance.

The building features 60,000 SF floor plates and a two story atrium connecting the north and south entrances. An adjoining pre-cast garage provides 400 parking spaces. Best-in-class finishes and unmatched access and visibility distinguish this project among surrounding office developments.
In addition, 3400 at CityLine is the first Wired-Certified ground-up development in Texas. Wired Certification is a commercial real estate rating system that empowers landlords to understand, improve, and promote their buildings’ digital infrastructure.
