Arlington, Texas
The University of Texas at Arlington Residence Hall was the first new dorm on the UTA campus since 1977. Information compiled from a survey of students prompted the University to design and develop the new Hall. The 180,000 square foot structure houses 600 students in apartment style units and includes amenities such as a Commons Building, fitness center and computer lab.
BOKA Powell provided all architectural services including schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration for this design-build project.
