Using his extensive background in project management, quality control, and construction services, Dwight Germer facilitates a smooth transition from construction documents to the built project. As a senior construction administrator and registered architect, he is responsible for supporting project management and working directly with the owner’s project manager and client to coordinate the efforts of the project team and its consultants throughout the construction process. Dwight participates and interacts with the project team throughout design development, supporting schedule and budget assumptions. In addition, he monitors the performance of consultants and the various disciplines for project construction documents.
