John Oliphant is trained in the planning and organizational aspects of his projects. He stays true to his commitment to see the details through to the end. Mr. Oliphant brings educational and experiential backgrounds in finance and offers the client a true understanding of budget issues as they relate to the architectural aspects of a project. His responsibilities include providing project leadership to develop the strategy to execute the project, control budget and schedule, manage consultants, and ensure quality control. He serves as the communication lead for the client and the project team.
