A registered interior designer, Victoria Fennewald also boasts a multi-year stint in commercial real estate, during which time she focused on property management, leasing, and marketing while honing her design skills at the University of North Texas. Victoria's knowledge of leasing and finance gives her a unique perspective when designing and managing tenant interiors, where flexibility, efficiency, and functionality are paramount. This knowledge enables Victoria to guide her clients through the complexities of real estate strategy, so that they better understand the highest and best use of physical assets, including how to plan for current and future needs. Victoria is a member of BOKA Powell’s Leadership Council, where she applies her organizational and management skills to operational aspects of the design and documentation processes.
