Domain Tower IV

The fourth tower within the growing Domain mixed-use complex, will sit opposite what will soon be a large outdoor green space. While complimenting the style and finish of the previous Domain towers, Domain IV will incorporate a glass facade and a covered drop off, creating accessibility to visitors and tenants alike. Upon entering, users will be welcomed by a 36 foot tall lobby with large glass windows as well as retail and dining options. The building will feature numerous amenities including two rooftop decks, a fitness center, locker rooms and interior bike storage for up to 40 bicycles. The final project is aimed at achieving LEED certification.
