Courtney Richardson’s years of design experience are enhanced by her commitment to creating fun, engaging environments in which users enjoy working, studying, collaborating, and socializing. Her energy and keen sense of users’ preferences make her an invaluable contributor to master planning and programming for workplace and corporate spaces. As a project designer for BOKA Powell, Courtney is responsible for translating programmatic requirements into a functional design that draws on the site’s context, culture, demographics, and sustainable best practices with the goal of enriching and enlivening users’ experiences. Courtney is especially attuned to sustainability issues. She is a leading talent in BOKA Powell’s efforts to improve its approaches to building design, material selection, and energy efficiency.
