Lynnette Park brings more than 20 years of Construction Administration and Project Management experience to the BOKA Powell team. She is adept at developing project programs and phasing, as well as coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and governing entities. She has a special interest in research and development for project specifications. Lynnette is integral to BOKA Powell’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control process, stepping in after Design Development to begin reviewing drawings with the design and documentation team to ensure she understands the design intent. Lynnette handles RFIs, facilitates submittal review, processes general contractor applications for payment, and conducts on-site observation of construction progress on behalf of the Owner and design team.
