Mr. Chris Barnes joined BOKA Powell in 1978 and brings more than 40 years of experience to the leadership of BOKA Powell. Mr. Barnes’ portfolio spans a broad range of projects, from aviation support facilities to complex mixed-use projects. Mr. Barnes is involved in project acquisition and subsequent contract negotiations, design overview with special emphasis on technical and code-related issues, construction document quality control and project coordination, and involvement throughout the construction phase with the project team’s key members ensuring the project’s schedule, quality and cost remain within the owner’s expectations. As a principal and owner of BOKA Powell, Mr. Barnes is dedicated to successful completion of each project and to enabling clients to meet their goals and aspirations.
