1920 McKinney is an 11-story, 138,230-rentable-square-foot office tower in the heart of Uptown Dallas. Located just one block from Dallas’ landmark Klyde Warren Park, the building features an activated streetscape with an engaging lobby space and 4,500 square feet of ground-floor restaurant space, occupied by Water Grill. The office tower incorporates seven levels of above-grade parking and two levels below grade. The McKinney Avenue Trolley stops directly in front of the building, providing easy access to other shops, bars, and restaurants along McKinney Avenue. This urban infill site is bounded on two sides by existing development. The project was constructed within Dallas’ PD 193 zone and was reviewed by the Oak Lawn Committee, which governs development in this district.
