2012 Field Street

Dallas, Texas

Field Street Tower, designed by Pickard Chilton, with BOKA Powell as the Architect of Record, will be a 38-story, glass-clad office tower and one of Dallas’s tallest buildings in three decades. The building was designed to incorporate features for post-pandemic well-being, including abundant natural light and an ultraviolet air purification system. The tower offers breathtaking views of Uptown, Downtown, and the newly expanded Klyde Warren Park, capturing the city’s vibrant energy. Access is provided to the building at the ground floor, which includes a small lobby. The main building lobby is at Level 15 (podium), which also includes meeting spaces, tenant lounges, access to a fitness center, and an outdoor park area. Approximately 1,400 parking spaces along with a loading dock are provided in the above-grade garage.
