The project is a 5-story hotel at the northeast corner of SE J St. and SE 8th St., having a total approximate conditioned floor area of 94,000 SF. The first level contains the publicly accessible program, such as the lobby, the hotel bar, a 3,500 SF event space and its prefunction area, as well as the outdoor prefunction area. The second, third, and fourth levels are the typical guestroom floors containing 51 guestrooms per floor for a total room count of 153 guestrooms. The fifth level (the roof level) has approximately 4,200 SF of conditioned program, which includes a bar and an 885 SF boardroom.
