Cawley Partners engaged BOKA Powell to design HQ53, a five-story 245,000 sf office and 7 story garage project in Plano’s Legacy Business Park. Designed to promote workplace creativity, the project features exposed, wood-slatted ceilings and polished concrete floors along with brick and steel elements. HQ53 also offers Class A amenities such as a fitness center, cafe, conference center, and an outdoor patio. Located at the corner of Headquarters Drive and Dominion Parkway, the building is an integral part of the 2,600 acre Legacy Business Park.
