The final component to Kimball Park, District 114 added 120,000 square feet of commercial office to the existing mixed-use development. The newest office building includes four 30,000 SF levels with an adjacent four-level parking garage. The ground floor includes an expansive lobby and ample space for multiple on-site dining and retail options. Levels 2 through 4 are apportioned for speculative tenant offices, accompanied by an exclusive tenant space towards the north side of the building known as “The Lounge at District 114”. This seating-and-gathering area provides indoor and outdoor amenity space overlooking Texas Independence park.
