Firefly Park, located in Frisco, Texas, is a premier 217-acre North Texas destination for entertainment, retail, office, residential, and hospitality. Wilks Development engaged BOKA Powell to design a 7-story Class-A office tower that features 175,000 square feet of space and an accompanying 500 car garage. The building fronts on the namesake 45-acre Firefly Park and multi-pond system designed by Sasaki landscape architects that continues the trend of green space as a major catalyst for high quality development. The office building also sits across the street from the 270 key boutique hotel also designed by BOKA Powell and over 100,000 square feet of highly energized retail. The diversity of product type ensures and enhances the vibrancy of this progressive mixed-use community.

As the Project Architect, BOKA Powell is also responsible for designing the office interior lobby and amenity spaces including, conferencing and training, a grab-n-go food offering and fitness.
