Firefly Park, located in Frisco, Texas, is a premier North Texas destination for entertainment, retail, office, residential, and hospitality. Wilks Development engaged BOKA Powell to design a 17-story tower that features 150,000 square feet of Class-A office space and a 182-key luxury hotel at the heart of this vibrant development. The building’s mid-level amenity deck offers a fitness center, pool, and bar that overlook a 45-acre park and lake designed by Sasaki landscape architects.

As the Project Architect, BOKA Powell is also responsible for designing the office interiors and coordinating with Studio 11 on the hotel interiors. Additionally, BOKA Powell is working alongside Coeval Studio, which is curating the restaurant experience on the ground level. This dining area flows out to a spacious public plaza designed by HCM landscape architects. BOKA Powell is also tasked with designing a six-story structured parking garage to the north of the tower, providing approximately 1,150 parking spaces.
