Developed by Silverstone Healthcare Co., BOKA Powell designed HarborChase of Plano, Texas, a 120-unit luxury senior living community. The project broke ground in June 2014 on a site just south of State Highway 121 on Preston Road near Legacy Business Park. HarborChase offers assisted living and memory care units, and the facility includes a wellness center, private indoor and outdoor dining venues, as well as an exhibition kitchen and bistro/coffee bar.
