Hurley Place is an ambitious mixed-use development located in the River North (RiNo) Arts District of Denver, Colorado. The project, spearheaded by the John Buck Company and Menalto Development, aims to transform the area into a vibrant regional entertainment destination that embraces the Colorado lifestyle and supports the local community. The first phase includes two 12-story towers featuring 354,465 SF of office space and 22,256 SF of residential, separated by a landscaped plaza and flanked by retail under both towers. The site slopes from Delegeney Street to Chestnut Place and is the first phase of a proposed four phase development.
