Located in Las Colinas near John Carpenter Freeway and MacArthur Blvd., MacArthur Ridge is a 500,000 square-foot Class A twin-office complex. Completed in 1999, the Phase II building lobby includes a deli/sundry shop, and each offers exceptional views of the surrounding landscape atop a prominent topographic rise. A pavestone visitor-parking plaza leads to the elegant building lobbies, which feature wood and granite finishes. The buildings feature 40,000 SF floor plates and sophisticated mechanical systems to support flexibility and comfort.
