The Wishing Place serves as the welcoming headquarters for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas, made possible through a generous land donation from the Las Colinas Land Limited Partnership, represented by Cousins Properties. The property occupies a prime one-acre building site located near the corner of Royal Lane and Riverside Drive in the emerging La Villita area of Las Colinas. BOKA Powell provided pro bono architectural services to envision a unique 13,500-square-foot building designed with space for future expansion. The facility combines residential architectural features with an element of fantasy, ensuring wish children and their families feel comfortable and free to dream about their perfect wish.
