Piedmont Realty Group engaged BOKA Powell to reimagine the end-user experience and amenity offerings at One Galleria Tower. Through close collaboration with Piedmont’s Atlanta and Dallas teams, and by anticipating evolving workplace trends, BOKA Powell repositioned the tower to include hospitality lounges, an elevated boardroom and conferencing experience, wellness rooms, and community gathering areas designed to foster comfort and connection.
Dubbed as the “jewel box” of the project, the deep-toned and richly detailed boardroom sits tucked away on the first floor, ready to be discovered by tenants. Throughout the tower, the interiors blend elegance with a contemporary sensibility. Platino Quartzite and rich navy tones bring a sense of calm and sophistication, while plaster-coated walls add depth and warmth, subtly enhanced by cove lighting throughout the space. What was once a dated palette of pink granite and cold stainless steel has been transformed into an inviting, curated environment. With a scope spanning the basement, first, second, and third floors, the final Interior of One Galleria Tower balances polish and comfort, contributing to a feeling of refined hospitality.
