As part of a dynamic 75-acre mixed-use urban center, BOKA Powell completed the 17-story One Victory Park project, which fronts the Victory Park development and incorporates 16 stories of office space, ground level retail, and a six-story garage. One Victory Park integrates flexible building mechanical systems within a highly efficient floor plate to create Dallas’ first multi-tenant office building with a LEED® Silver designation.
