Otto Student Living is a new student housing development in College Station, Texas. Walkable to the Northgate neighborhood at of Texas A&M University, the project will include 10 story concrete structure, with 341 units ranging from 450 to 2,300 SF. The amenity space is 16,750 SF it will be spaced out over five levels, inviting space for students to socialize and study in a variety of lounge seating. This arrangement promotes student identity, diversity, and community in the student’s everyday activities. There will be 300,000 SF of parking in four stories of above-grade parking.
