OxyChem Dallas

Addison, Texas

As part of Cawley Partners’ highly amenitized Fourteen555 development along the Dallas North Tollway, BOKA Powell designed a cutting-edge workplace for Occidental Petroleum, a leading oil and gas exploration and production firm based in Houston. Spanning three full floors and totaling 118,000 SF, the office environment reflects the company’s forward-thinking approach to petrochemical science.

The design emphasizes clean lines and sleek finishes, creating a modern and sophisticated aesthetic. A recurring hexagon motif and references to the periodic table pay homage to organic chemistry, reinforcing the company’s scientific foundation. Throughout the space, branded installations highlight Occidental’s core values and signature colors.

To enhance transparency and natural light penetration, glass was incorporated into all private offices, fostering an open and connected atmosphere. Warm wood tones soften the boardroom’s contemporary feel, creating a balanced and inviting space. A variety of collaboration areas, equipped with integrated technology and diverse seating options, support dynamic teamwork and adaptability.
