Hatcher Station Village Clinic

Dallas, Texas

Frazier Revitalization, Inc.’s mission is to be a catalyst for the revitalization and transformation of Dallas’ Frazier neighborhood by coordinating, supporting, and assisting in economic and cultural development. Parkland Health & Hospital System, the public health system for Dallas County, partnered with FRI to create a new 44,396-square-foot clinic, providing access to primary-care services for adults, children. and the elderly in an area of the city where medical care is largely unavailable.

The facility is divided into four primary areas to provide services to each patient constituency, including exam rooms, phlebotomy and lab services, diagnostic imaging, provider offices, and administrative and conference spaces. The facility is designed to meet or exceed sustainability requirements under the Dallas Green Building program.
