Pinnacle Bank engaged BOKA Powell to construct a new 5,450 GSF metal-framed structure to house approximately 3,250 SF of finished bank space along with 2,200 SF of unfinished tenant lease space. The exterior motor bank allows for three drive-up lines. The design is forward-thinking enough to reflect a classic-modern aesthetic, utilizing teller podiums in place of a traditional teller line.
