The offices, designed by BOKA Powell, are tied together by an outdoor walkway that capitalize on Austin’s climate. The formation of paseos and plazas showcase the existing mature pecan trees that reside on the site and give tenants and visitors a unique urban space to dine, shop, and enjoy live music.
The design of the project is referential to an adjacent 50,000 SF luxury hotel designed by Rick Joy Architects.
