Roanoke Hotel

Roanoke, Texas

Located in the heart of historic downtown Roanoke, TX, this 205-key convention center hotel will anchor the south end of the re-imagined mixed-use master plan for the city. The architecture and interior design of this hotel celebrate the rich history of the City of Roanoke, including the importance of the railroad and historic figures of the area. This public/private partnership between the City of Roanoke and Garfield Public/Private Development will deliver a 25,500 SF convention center that includes a 7,800 SF ballroom, two 1,100 SF meeting rooms, and a 290 SF boardroom. The project is focused around an internal courtyard and swimming pool area that has a direct connection to a 3,200 SF bar/lounge and a 3,200 SF three-meal restaurant. BOKA Powell is working with Brasfield & Gorrie via design-build to deliver this project in the fall of 2028.
