Tarleton State University Honors College

Developed in a public-private partnership with Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions and delivered design-build with Balfour Beatty Construction, BOKA Powell has designed a 100,000 SF addition to Tarleton State University’s existing residential Honors College. The project will include the renovation of 54,000 SF of residence hall space, encompassing 184 beds, and add 262 more beds and 6,000 SF of amenity space. An honors classroom, offices for the Honors College and residence life, and a primary care health clinic will also be added.
