Trailhead East is BOKA Powell's second Multi-family project with Stonelake Capital and Davies Collaborative. With the adjacency to Govalle Park and Southern Walnut Creek Trail entrance as their closest neighbor it is nature’s haven on the eastside. Our design approach focuses on integrating earthy and natural materials throughout the development, from the library on the first floor to the breathtaking treetop lounge. While the coworking suite on the first floor is designed to meet the needs of the remote worker, offering a productive and inspiring environment for all tenants.
Trailhead East offers 222 units, a fully stocked library that serves as a tranquil retreat for book lovers and a spacious tenant lounge that provides a perfect space for socializing and community events. The functional fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to support the health and wellness of our residents. The crown jewel of the development is the treetop lounge and roof deck, offering stunning views and a serene setting for relaxation.
The exterior of Trailhead East hosts a pool area along with alfresco entertaining spaces, which line the Walnut Creek Trail. These spaces are thoughtfully designed to encourage community interaction and enhance the overall living experience.
