Piedmont Realty Group engaged BOKA Powell to reimagine the end-user experience and breathe new life into Two Galleria Tower’s shared spaces and amenities. Through close collaboration with Piedmont’s Atlanta and Dallas teams and by leveraging forward-looking workplace trends, BOKA Powell repositioned the tower to offer a robust suite of hospitality-inspired amenities including a boardroom, conference and meeting spaces, a coffee bar set within a striking rotunda, hospitality and library-style lounges, and an atrium seating area.
At the heart of the design is a renewed sense of warmth and connection. What once was a cold, pink granite and stainless-steel environment has been transformed into an inviting, curated experience. The basement, lobby level, and third floor now feature elegant, timeless interiors grounded in natural materials and rich detailing. Imported Aquagucci stone runs throughout the space, adding depth and sophistication, while windows stretch floor-to-ceiling to flood the interior with natural light.
Playful artistry and craftsmanship also define the design. A custom hand-painted wallcovering within the airy rotunda features carefully placed birds that appear to flutter randomly across the walls, adding a touch of whimsy and movement. Chain-metal screens secured at the floor and ceiling create spaces-within-spaces, maintaining openness while subtly defining zones for gathering or retreat. The addition of a generous outdoor patio extends the workplace experience beyond the interior, offering a seamless blend of comfort, productivity, and connection to nature.
Situated at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Interstate 635 (LBJ Freeway), Two Galleria Tower offers convenient access to major highways, ensuring effortless connectivity across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
